Shamma Buhazza
Shamma Buhazza is a multidisciplinary designer, from Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates. She embarked on her creative journey following the completion of her BFA in Communication Design at Parsons the New School for Design in New York in 2015.
Shamma’s global experience includes working at the Adidas headquarters in Germany and a range of clients from, Apple, Rimowa, Nike and many more.
Outside of pursuing corporate work and commercial design, Shamma’s passion lies in pursuing personal projects that provide a platform for blending design between the digital realm and human experiences. Shamma actively seeks to break away from conventional design approaches and modes of thinking, utilizing this as a creative outlet.
While her professional experience serves as a testament to her expertise, Shamma’s innovative pursuits extend well beyond the confines of commercial design. She harbors a profound curiosity for the interplay between language, culture, and visual design, a fascination that serves as the driving force behind her personal explorations. By pushing the boundaries of design, Shamma provokes meaningful dialogue and contemplation, encouraging audiences to critically evaluate their relationship with design and its profound impact on our collective consciousness.
